Training and Learning 

While partnering with a banking client, our product managers and developers worked to completely overhaul the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). Since this was the first time this organization worked in an Agile framework, we partnered with both the business and technical organization to train them in agile ways of working.

During the engagement, our certified coaches and scrum masters partnered horizontally and vertically throughout the org to help instill in all an agile mindset connected to their already established learning culture. Through this, requirements gathering and refining greatly improved as did professional relationships. The business and technology orgs began to see each other as people.

After several delivery iterations, executives and developers alike were providing positive feedback regarding their new working relationships. We believe strongly that when business and technology partner, better outcomes occur for their customers. And that is exactly what we experienced.

The LMS was updated and enhanced from a user's perspective, leaders and trainers within the organization noted major improvements in usability, and the system ow had an administrative portal which allowed the organization to gather usage analytics which allows them to inspect and adapt the product moving forward to ensure users are receiving the best experience possible.
